Having chosen all our products with great care for quality and value for money, we hope and aim for you being completely 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Garden Furniture Shop. We understand that sometimes you might just want to simply change or cancel your order and therefore we have made our returns and cancellation process as simply as possible.
We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and as good as new in it's original packaging.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
You can notify us by logging in to My Account; e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org,, or by telephoning us on 0800 246 5831 to discuss your returns (we can help to make shipping arrangements for you) and where further details on your returns will be given. In either case please quote the order number that was supplied to you.

You are required to pay for all return carriage costs.
Once a refund has been agreed, you are then responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage of the product when returning the goods, so you should make sure that you take out enough insurance to cover their value.
