Please note: we are an internet based only company and we do not have any premises with displays or any brochures that we can send you. However, if needed we can supply you with a colour swatch if you are considering either a coloured canopy or side screens.

Making a purchase from The Garden Furniture Shop could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order. After placing an order, you will receive an auto-generated e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not yet mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail in the form of an invoice/receipt that confirms that your order has been accepted.

We guarantee to you that any Product purchased from us through The Garden Furniture Shop will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.
Whilst every effort has been made in the information and cost of every product, we reserve the right to cancel an order or change a price. Of course, none of this will be done without contacting you, the customer first. We have included this term to protect us in the case a genuine mistake has been made in our pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. We do not offer either credit or extended payment terms. There are no other hidden charges.
Please note that the Title of Goods does not transfer to you until an invoice has been paid and that the property, goods and title remain that of The Garden Furniture Shop until is paid in full.

Product availability, and a rough time frame for delivery of your order will be confirmed upon receipt of order.
If we are unable to deliver an item we shall cancel the item from your order immediately and let you know by phone or email. If we are unable to deliver an item to you in a timely manner, as stated within our delivery policy, we will telephone or email you with the option to cancel your order if you so wish.
Delivery is normally within 3-14 days.
You will be advised of a more accurate delivery time once your order has been placed.
As this is a large item, cost of delivery is dependant on the delivery address. Please see the list attached for delivery costs.
If you find a defect in the material or workmanship in any part or component, The Garden Furniture Shop will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. "Defects", as used in this guarantee, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the product.
Under this guarantee, we are unable to exchange goods that have been treated, painted or modified in any way or bespoke items. In these cases, we would repair any damage covered by the guarantee.

All of our products are supplied with a 1 year (return-to-base) warranty.
Having chosen all our products with great care for quality and value for money, we hope and aim for you being completely 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Garden Furniture Shop. We understand that sometimes you might just want to simply change or cancel your order and therefore we have made our returns and cancellation process as simple as possible.
We just ask that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and as good as new in its original packaging.
